July 16--BELLAIRE -- Kathleen Glynn, an award-winning film producer and estranged spouse of filmmaker Michael Moore, faces accusations she drunkenly drove on an Antrim County road.

A sheriff's deputy stopped Glynn, 56, of Central Lake, late July 4 near the intersection of Bellaire Highway and East Torch Lake Drive. Antrim County Sheriff Dan Bean said dispatchers received a report about an erratic driver in Forest Home Township.

"Somebody called it in as a complaint of somebody weaving in their lane," he said.

Bean said Glynn told the deputy she drove from a friend's house. He said the deputy arrested Glynn after she failed sobriety tests. A breath test at Antrim County's jail measured Glynn's blood-alcohol content at .14 percent.

Glynn is scheduled for a July 29 arraignment in 86th District Court on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her attorney James M. Hunt didn't return a call for comment.

Glynn and Moore married Oct. 19, 1991, in Flint and shared a home on the shores of Torch Lake. Glynn served as a producer on several of Moore's films, including "Bowling for Columbine" and the "Fahrenheit 9/11."

Moore filed a divorce complaint last year in Antrim County's13th Circuit Court. A final hearing is scheduled for July 22.
