Design and intrapreneurship support for the climate technology program.

Prequalification are invited for Design and intrapreneurship support for the climate technology program. Description of the Opportunity infoDev is now seeking expressions of interests (EOIs) from organizations or consortia interested in providing support to the CIC Launch program for the first cohort of project teams during the pilot phase, during its first two years of operation. The pilot phase cohort will include approximately 8 teams during an opening 3-month period, followed by 3 to 4 teams during the rest of the program. The objectives of this consultancy are to: 1. Help design and plan the CIC Launch program 2. Help screen incoming CIC Launch teams 3. Provide CIC Launch teams the skills and knowledge they need to design, finance and launch novel local support programs for climate innovation 4. Advise the CTP team on service design issues The proposed services to be provided by the CIC include a, b, c and d below: a. Program preparation Provide inputs to the design of the program, including team selection processes, methodological guidelines, and training and coaching timelines. Build the capacity of the program management team to deliver several of the group design sessions, through coaching. b. Team Screening Contribute to proposal screening Contribute to team interviews and screening c. Skills and knowledge Provide training, coaching and mentorship to project teams, both in person in Washington DC and virtually. No travel outside Washington DC is expected. d. Program documentation Extract lessons from the program and contribute to a program toolkit
