The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Eustis, VA anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to support Army Training Information System (ATIS) Architecture and Application Sustainment. The sustainment effort program consists of two major parts: the Army Training Information Architecture (ATIA) and the integrated set of applications and services ATIS. This contract is for sustain-ment of existing legacy ATIS systems until they are subsumed by the capabilities released by the proposed ATIS Program of Record. The requirement will be procured as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract is anticipated with a 12-month base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS Code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services, with a size standard in millions of dollars of $25.5 million. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issue. All documents including the solicitation, supporting documents including all amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the ASFI website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about 29 July 2014. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for subsequent amendments. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the POC.
