July 13, 2014

MANAMA: Batelco and Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) have signed a one-year partnership to support the young customers of both organisations.

The agreement was signed by Batelco consumer division general manager Muna Al Hashimi and BisB general manager retail banking Abdulrahman Turki during a meeting at the Batelco headquarters in Hamala.

The partnership will benefit both BisB's and Batelco's young customers as both organisations will deliver special offers to them each month as part of the strategic partnership.

Ms Al Hashimi said Batelco was delighted to join hands with BisB to deliver some great benefits to the customers of both companies. "We are very pleased to enhance the association we have with BisB and look forward to building further on our relationship by delivering benefits to each other's customers," she said.

Mr Turki said BisB was delighted to co-operate with Batelco as Bahrain's leading telecommunications services provider, stressing that such co-operation comes in line with the bank's continued efforts to offer the best products and services to customers.

"Both parties care about their customers' satisfaction and accordingly are committed to providing them with the best products and services.

"This is why both organisations strive to maintain customer satisfaction through delivering relevant products and services that meet their needs," said Mr Turki.
