The Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Chief Information Officer Division is hosting an Information Technology Industry Day Forum on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at OPM Headquarters, 1900 E Street, NW, Washington, DC. Check in will begin at 8:00 A.M. and the forum will begin promptly at 9:00 A.M. The purpose of the Information Technology Industry Day Forum is to discuss technology needed for the Enterprise Case Management System (ECMS). The forum will focus on the discussion of the ECMS, our desired outcome, and other details related to the forthcoming acquisition for this topic. A representative from Retirement Services and Federal Investigative Services will discuss the draft ECMS Statement of Objectives (SOO) (see attachment 1). Large and Small businesses are welcome to attend and networking is expected and encouraged.

If your company meets the minimum requirements listed in the SOO, we encourage you to respond to the Capability Questions (see attachment 2). Your responses must be limited to five (5) pages. Responses are due no later than 11:00 A.M. EST on July 21, 2014ECMS@opm.gov.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

All interested parties must pre-register to attend the Information Technology Industry Day Forum. Walk-ins will not be permitted to attend. Due to space limits, registration is limited to one (1) representative from each firm. OPM will reply via e-mail with the registration confirmation. Please note that you are not confirmed for this event until you receive an email confirmation. All expenses associated with attendance will be the responsibility of the participant.

To register, email the following information to Small.Business@opm.gov no later than 3:00 P.M. EST on July 17, 2014. Registration requests must contain Information Technology Industry Day Forum in the subject line. Requests that do not contain the requested information will not be considered. Registration requests will NOT be taken by telephone. The Federal Business Opportunities notice will be updated when the registration spaces are full.
