NCA to Hold Two Plenary Sessions, July 14-15

The National Constituent Assembly (NCA) will hold two plenary sessions, July 14-15, to look at the following draft laws:

July 14:

Draft law on the adoption of a credit agreement concluded May 16, 2014, between Tunisia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).

Draft law amending and completing the insurance Code.

Draft law on early retirement at the National Telecommunication Company

July 15:

Organic draft law on the adoption of the memorandum of understanding signed by Tunisia and the Council of Europe regarding the office of the Council of Europe in Tunis.

Draft law on the adoption of the disposition of the bond issued on the Japanese financial market under guarantee of Japan International Co-operation Bank (JICA), under the form of private equity subject to the agreement concluded between the Central Bank of Tunisia and a group of Japanese financial enterprises.

Draft law on the adoption of the loan agreement signed, April 8, 2014 in Tunis, between Tunisia and the Arab Fund of Economic and Social Development (AFESD).

Draft law on the adoption of the guarantee agreement signed April 8, 2014 in Tunis, between Tunisia and AFESD regarding the second credit granted to the SME finance Bank.

Draft law on the adoption of the loan agreement signed April 8, 2014 in Tunis, between Tunisia and AFESD for the contribution in funding the 3rd phase of the classified regional roads and rural tracks project .
