ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 11 -- ISCO International, Schaumburg, Illinois, has been assigned a patent (8,767,628) developed by Charles E. Jagger, North York, Canada, Mark N. Willetts, Ottawa, Canada, and Micolino Tobia, Woodbridge, Canada, for a "method and device for maintaining the performance quality of a communication system in the presence of narrow band interference."
