BRIEF: 'The Qualms' to end Playwrights Horizons' season

July 11--Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning playwright Bruce Norris' new comedy "The Qualms," which opens on Sunday night at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, will play Playwrights Horizons in New York in 2015, a representative for the off-Broadway theater said on Friday.

Pam MacKinnon ("Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" at Steppenwolf and on Broadway), the director of Steppenwolf's production, will also stage the show in a new production at Playwrights Horizons. The cast and creative team have not yet been announced.

Performances begin May 22, 2015 at Playwrights Horizons Mainstage Theater, 416 W. 42nd St. in New York.
