MADISON, Wis., July 9 -- The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority issued the following news release:
Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) Executive Director Wyman Winston has announced that Sean O'Brien has been promoted to be WHEDA's Director of Commercial Lending.
"I'm delighted to promote Sean O'Brien, a bright young talent to this important position," said Winston. "Sean fully understands and wholeheartedly supports WHEDA's strong housing mission that has been built over more than 40 years. His technical skills and ability to form solid business relationships with our customers will serve him well. I enthusiastically welcome him to this new role."

O'Brien began his career with WHEDA on April 24, 2006, and has held several positions within the asset management and multifamily underwriting groups.
