Mitie shareholders revolt over pay

? Outsourcing firm Mitie is the latest to suffer a shareholder backlash over pay for its top executives. The results of Wednesday's annual meeting, published yesterday, showed that 27.1 per cent of investors voted against the FTSE 250-listed firm's remuneration report. Mitie said it was "disappointed" with the outcome and would continue to consult with shareholders over the next few months as it reviewed its remuneration policies.
