Rep. Luetkemeyer Introduces Bill to Amend Certain Banking Statutes in Response to Operation Choke Point

WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer, R-Mo., has introduced legislation (H.R. 4986) to "amend certain banking statutes in response to Operation Choke Point."

The bill was introduced on June 26.

The legislation was referred to the House Financial Services Committee.
