Leading software provider,
The Trust is a community focused organisation that provides physical, mental health and social care with the aim of improving the health and well-being of patients and their families.
Advanced will provide an Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution to support the Trust's delivery of integrated community and mental health services. The solution will be used across all of the Trust's clinical pathways including child, community and mental health, specialised services and out of hours.
The new solution will capture the Trust's data in real time and will interface seamlessly with the Summary Health Care record and legacy systems. As well as providing information to clinicians and administrative staff, the solution will link with health and social care systems before, during and after a patient's discharge from the Trust's care.
The Trust's 6,200 staff will use the electronic health record to manage and deliver high quality care across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset.
Support for mobile clinical staff is at the heart of the project, with Advanced rolling out its integrated clinical mobile working solution to 3,500 clinical users utilising iPads.
"We are looking forward to embarking on a long partnership with
Advanced competed with five software providers to win the contract, following a thorough tendering process. The contract is the third win for Advanced in the NHS community and mental health space with a further 50 contracts expected to come up for renewal between 2014 and 2016.
The Trust has chosen our solutions to support an integrated model of community, mental health and urgent care because we have great products, and a commitment to close collaboration with our customers and their partners to deliver systems that work for them and their patients."

Oxford provides four main groups of service:
o Oxfordshire Community Services - supporting adult and older adults with long term conditions and rehabilitation needs with an emphasis on providing physical and mental healthcare to keep people out of acute hospitals and provide care as close to home as possible.
o Children and Families Services - providing a range of services with a "whole family", health and wellbeing, mainstream and preventative approach and public health focus.
o Specialised Services - providing care to two groups of people - people with forensic mental health needs (people who require their care in a secure setting) and disadvantaged and hard to reach groups of adults (eg: substance misusers and offenders) who find it hard to access mainstream primary and community services and need more specialised input and support before moving towards mainstream services.
