BRIEF: $8.8 million in bonds to help area Y

June 06--The Warren County Port Authority is expected to authorize the issuance of $8.8 million in revenue bonds for the Ralph J. Stolle Countryside YMCA in Lebanon. It was one of the largest YMCAs in the country.

The bonds are to fund renovations and refinance debt of the Y.

The port board is meeting at noon today to consider a resolution supporting the bonds. The Y's main facility is in Lebanon. The nonprofit also operates a facility in Landen in southern Warren County and manages a facility at the Otterbein retirement campus, south of Lebanon.
