KCP Releases Expected Losses for CMBX 1-5

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) is pleased to introduce our inaugural research publication on vintage deals, leveraging data and information from our new surveillance service, KBRA Credit Profile (KCP). The report highlights our projected losses on CMBX Series 1 through 5.

The surveillance service provides monthly KCP reports, which contain color and commentary on CMBS transactions in a concise format. The reports provide multiple valuations for the collateral securing top 10 loans, as well as KBRA Loans of Concern (K-LOCs), which include all delinquent/defaulted, and credit impaired loans. For the purposes of this report, we have aggregated each transactionís losses in the Concluded Scenario for CMBX Series 1-5, which contain transactions securitized between 2005 and 2008. The losses are highlighted in the attached report and were derived using April 2014 remittance report data. We detail historical losses, along with KBRAís future expected losses for each series.
