June 5, 2014

By Angela Bauer, Jacksonville Journal-Courier, Ill.

June 05--The June edition of The Imagine Foundation's Downtown Gallery Hop will be a celebration of downtown Jacksonville, a vibrant arts community and one-year anniversaries of Rhonda Knapp Kircher's ownership of Just Good Trade.

Among activities during Friday night's Hop, the Gypsy Guerrilla Band will play at Just Good Trade to help owner Rhonda Knapp Kircher celebrate the first anniversary of her ownership of the store, according to Imagine Executive Director Clare Lynd-Porter. Band member Joyce Lillquist is Kircher's sister.

The band plays a diverse blend that members refer to as "hit-and-run music," from baroque to reggae with Cajun, waltzes and marches tossed in for good measure. For more information on the band, or to listen to a sound clip of its music, go online to .

The 2nine Studio and Gallery also will celebrate its first anniversary in business on the downtown square.
