United Kingdom : AUTOLOOP acquires HOUSTON based CAR-RESEARCH

AutoLoop LLC declared that it has taken over Houston-based CAR-Research, developer of XRM, one of the industry s most customizable and user-friendly CRM software solutions.

CAR-Research has developed a CRM specifically designed to conform to dealers individual business processes, helping to organize, automate and synchronize all customer interactions, including sales, service, marketing and more.

AutoLoop CEO Steve Anderson said, CAR-Research s technology complements AutoLoop s already rich product line and furthers the company s overall goals of developing customer engagement solutions that are increasingly broader in scope.

The acquisition would contribute to AutoLoop s goal of remaining the most comprehensive, cost-effective engagement platform resource for dealerships and OEMs, Anderson added, We re committed to the continued evolution of automotive engagement marketing.

The new company is aimed at providing a wide range of marketing products, including a full-service call center, integrated CRM and a full array of customer engagement solutions.

Patrick Kelly, who helped form CAR-Research in 1995 and who will continue to serve as the company s president said, The potential of what CAR-Research and AutoLoop can achieve together is truly remarkable.
