UAE: Banking on braille

The Central Bank of the UAE is planning to add Braille to banknotes, starting with the Dhs50 and Dhs100, reported The National. The move is part of a broader plan to improve banking services for the visually impaired, said Wafa bin Sulaiman, welfare and rehabilitation of the disabled director at the social affairs ministry.
