ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 30 -- Tela Innovations, Los Gatos, California, has been assigned a patent (8,759,882) developed by Scott T. Becker, Scotts Valley, California, and Michael C. Smayling, Fremont, California, for a "semiconductor device with dynamic array sections defined and placed according to manufacturing assurance halos."
