Requirement: The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) has a requirement to obtain Automatic Identification System (AIS) satellite data and maintenance support services for designated regions/ports of Alaska for coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The AIS data will be used by the USCG and shared with Other Government Agencies (OGA). This effort entails providing the USCG with AIS satellite data in near real time, stored and forwarded, and archived from a constellation of polar orbiting satellites with AIS collection capability. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The size standard associated with NAICS 541990 is $14 Million. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before they can be awarded a contract. Similar services for obtaining AIS Satellite Data for Alaska were previously acquired through Marine Exchange of Alaska.

Submission of Information: Interested parties are encouraged to submit a response which supports the company's claim that it presently has the technology, qualifications, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirements. Specifically, any interested parties are requested to provide the following information: 1. Name of Company and DUNS number 2. Point of contact and phone number 3. Size of Business according to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541990. If small business, specify small business type (i.e. veteran-owned small business, service disabled veteran owned small business, Hubzone small business, 8(a), women-owned small business concern). 4. Positive statement of your interest in this procurement as a prime contractor 5. Description of your services that would fill this requirement:

a. What type of services do you offer that would fill this requirement b. Do you offer these services commercially (Is this item under a current GSA Schedule or do you currently have a contract for this product/service with any other Federal Agency ) c. Do you offer quantity or other discounts to your customers d. Do you have a commercial catalog for a related group of services e. Provide a list of any proprietary data/components or embedded components for this product or data associated with this item f. Existing technical documentation and brochures are welcome as attachments g. Provide information on prior Government and commercial purchases of the same type (pricing, performance, and customer satisfaction data)

Responses must be no longer than fifteen pages in length. Technical documentation, brochures, if included, do not count in the fifteen page maximum.
