Qualcomm Assigned Patent for Semiconductor Device Having On-chip Voltage Regulator

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 30 -- Qualcomm, San Diego, has been assigned a patent (8,760,217) developed by four co-inventors for a "semiconductor device having on-chip voltage regulator." The co-inventors are Lew G. Chua-Eoan, San Diego, Charlie Matar, San Diego, Matthew L. Severson, San Diego, and Xiaohua Kong, San Diego.
