Micron Technology Assigned Patent for Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 30 -- Micron Technology, Boise, Idaho, has been assigned a patent (8,759,915) developed by three co-inventors for a "semiconductor field-effect transistor, memory cell and memory device." The co-inventors are Paolo Rolandi, Voghera, Italy, Cristiano Calligaro, D'Isola, Italy, and Luigi Pascucci, Sesto San Giovanni, Italy.
