InVisage Technologies Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 30 -- InVisage Technologies, Menlo Park, California, has been assigned a patent (8,759,816) developed by four co-inventors for "schottky-quantum dot photodetectors and photovoltaics." The co-inventors are Edward Hartley Sargent, Toronto, Keith William Johnston, San Jose, California, Andras Geza Pattantyus-Abraham, Burnaby, Canada, and Jason Paul Clifford, Hillsboro, Oregon.
