Indian Rupee Off Early Multi-day High Against US Dollar

NEW DELHI (Alliance News) - The Indian rupee retreated from its early high against the US dollar in the afternoon deals on Monday.

Against the greenback, the rupee fell to 60.1100 from an early 11-day high of 59.9550. At last week's close, the rupee was trading at 60.0200 against the greenback.

If the rupee extends its downtrend, it s likely to find support around the 60.67 area.
