Huawei Consumer Business H1 China Revenue Up 15%

SHENZHEN, June 30, SinoCast -- Huawei's consumer business recorded revenue of more than CNY 12.5 billion in China in the first half of this year and sold more than 2,000 smart terminals, growing 15% over a year earlier, disclosed its president Zhu Ping.

The company has always increased investment and capital management in channels in the recent two years. The president disclosed the company will adhere to this trend this year to comprehensively push forward from brand store to experience store, counters, service stores and direct-selling stores and will make a big progress.

In addition to operators and retail channels, Huawei began to pay attention to e-commerce channels.
