Element Six Technologies U.S. Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 30 -- Element Six Technologies U.S., Santa Clara, California, has been assigned a patent (8,759,134) developed by five co-inventors for "gallium-nitride-on-diamond wafers and devices, and methods of manufacture." The co-inventors are Felix Ejeckam, San Francisco, Daniel Francis, Oakland, California, Quentin Diduck, Ithaca, New York, Firooz Nasser-Faili, Los Gatos, California, and Dubravko Babi, Santa Clara, California.
