Angolan Banking System Has Over 1000 Agencies

The Angolan banking financing system has 1400 bank agencies, supported by 17000 workers, affirmed on Thursday the deputy chairman of National Reserve Bank of Angola (BNA), Ricardo de Abreu.

Speaking at 4th Banking Forum , held under topic "The Banking and Capital Market , the head said that regarding the financing result of 2013 were estimated in Akz 94 billion versus the figures presented in 2006 estimated in Akz 17 billion.

According to the interlocutor, the mentioned figures are "Truly expressive" from a sector that along these years gave a contribution to the country's economic growth.

Ricardo de Abreu said that after Angola achieved peace and social political stability, in 2002, the Government started a process of implantation of important measures for the growth of the country's economy since 2005 and 2006.
