NMI Eligible For Low-Interest Loans To Improve Healthcare Facilities

WASHINGTON, June 1 -- Del. Gregorio Sablan D-Northern Mariana Islands, issued the following news release:

The USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Program is now accepting applications for low-interest loans to help improve health clinics and other healthcare facilities in rural areas and towns of up to 20,000 in population. The Northern Marianas is an eligible area. Loans may be used to construct, expand, or improve health care facilities, as well as purchase equipment. The program was authorized in the recently enacted Agricultural Act of 2014. For more information, contact Bernadette J.U.
