Option I will only be exercised if the need still exists at the completion of the initial base option period. At time of award the selected firm shall provide supporting documentation of portion of awarded unit price (inclusive of fringe benefits as outlined in the Register of Wage Determinations) that shall be distributed to their employee and portion to be absorbed by their firm for benefits, processing, payroll processing and profit.
