Successful refinancing of Eurazeo’s one billion euro syndicated credit facility

With this new five-year facility, comprising two one-year extension options, subject to the lenders' approval, i.e. seven years in total, Eurazeo retains significant financial flexibility while securing attractive and substantially improved financial terms and conditions. The success of this operation bears witness to the confidence of leading banks and the market in the Company and its financial solidity.
