June 27--EDMOND -- Emilio Urena, USAF, capped off a big day by emceeing Thursday evening's LibertyFest "Concert in the Park."

Earlier in the day, the crewmember on Tinker-based AWACS who for the past few years has been mission commander for MC-12s in Afghanistan in support of Army troops on the ground, learned about a big surprise, said Brian Lamb, conductor of the UCO Summer Band.
