Kenya : HITACHI announces launch of Continuous Cloud Infrastructure in KENYA

Hitachi Data Systems Corporation has announced the launch of its Continuous Cloud Infrastructure technology in Kenya.

The company is aiming to bolster business success in Kenya by providing more responsive IT foundations. According to company, Continuous Cloud Infrastructure promises users IT efficiency via a responsive, software-rich architecture that can react rapidly to changing requirements without continual redesigns and disruptions.

The Hitachi Storage Virtualisation Operating System (SVOS) and Virtual Storage Platform G1000 are latest versions of the Hitachi Command Suite management platform. The company stated that they are a significant enhancement on its Unified Compute platform.

Wayne Dick, business development manager at Hitachi Data Systems for Sub-Saharan Africa, commented Our customers across industries have told us for them to keep up with the fast pace of business, they are aligning the IT and business functions more closely than ever.
