FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF TOPEKA FILES (8-K) Disclosing Regulation FD Disclosure, Financial Statements and Exhibits

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 27, 2014, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka (FHLBank) sent a message to its members announcing the declaration of a dividend for the quarter ending June 30, 2014, and the continuation of stock dividends. A copy of the message is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
