Encash Entertainment Files For IPO On BSE-SME

Film production company, @EncashPrivate Limited is planning to go public by issuing 1.098 Mn shares at a unit price of INR 40 aggregating to INR 43.92 Mn. The proceeds from planned IPO on BSE SME will be utilized to acquire and produce Indian films including regional films and strengthening distribution operations.

A part of the funding will also be used for brand building exercises.

@Guiness_CorporatePrivate Limited is the lead manager for the issue.

Incorporated in 2008, Encash is engaged in the business of production of films, corporate films, feature films. The company is also engaged in the business of fashion designing, wherein it designs niche segment of dress material, suits and supply the same to suppliers.

It has produced film a film in Bengali language and also acquired the copyright of a Bengali color feature film.

The company plans to expand its offerings include production and distribution of feature films in Hindi as well as other regional languages and foray into Television serials.

The Kolkata based firm had revenues of INR 9.8 Mn and a PAT of INR 0.1 Mn for the last fiscal.
