600 - NanoMed Characterisation of nanodevices for medical applications

June 26, 2014

Project Start: 01/01/2014 Project End: 31/12/2016 Project Status: Active Project Phase: Execution The project NanoMed proposes to develop robust protocols for characterisation of nano constructs and carrier systems for targeted drug delivery and imaging. The study targets bio interactions focusing in particular on protein or cell nanoparticle interactions (i.e. adsorption/desorption/uptake), change of protein and membrane structure upon interactions and biomolecule grafting. The aim is to facilitate the regulatory acceptance of new nanomedicine formulations.
