World Bank to provide $11.9 million grant for implemementation of national health care program in Kyrgyzstan

The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on June 25 approved the agreement on allocation of $11.963 million grant by the World Bank for the national health care sector in third readings.

The agreement foresees support to implementation of the national health care sector reform.

Cardiovascular diseases, child and maternal health care, TB, HIV interventions will be prioritized in the program, Health Minister Dinara Saginbayeva said.
