Sun Country Airlines® and First Bankcard® Partner to Launch New Sun Country Airlines® Visa Signature® Card

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL, Minn. & OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sun Country Airlines®, a Minnesota airline operator with service to top destinations in North and Central America and First Bankcard®, a division of First National Bank of Omaha and a leading issuer of credit cards, have announced the launch of the Sun Country Airlines® Visa Signature® card.

The Ufly Rewards program enables consumers to earn points on dollars spent on qualifying tickets and upgrades, and, with certain restrictions, to pool points with up to nine other Ufly Rewards members. New credit card members earn points by using the card and can redeem points for tickets or upgrades through the Ufly Rewards Program.

The new Sun Country Airlines® Visa Signature® Card gives consumers enhanced earning opportunities so they can redeem for flights faster:

  • Four points per dollar spent on qualifying products and services that Sun Country makes available on board its flights.
  • Two points per dollar spent on qualifying Sun Country Airlines products and services (excluding on board purchases).
  • One point per dollar spent on all other qualifying credit card purchases.
  • One free checked bag per flight with the presentation of the cardholder’s Sun Country Airlines® Visa Signature Card.
  • 5,000 bonus points if spending equals or exceeds $10,000 during each 12 billing cycle period.
  • Redeem points for Sun Country Airlines flights and upgrades.

    In celebration of the Sun Country Airlines® Visa Signature® Card, new card members will also earn a bonus of 40,000 points after they spend $500 within the first three billing cycles.
