Shareholder InSite Adds Tony Paredes, Joey Dean and Glenn Goldstein to Management Team

Product, Client Development and Sales Veterans Join Leading Provider of Shareholder Management and Valuation Solutions

Tony Paredes - VP of Client Development (San Francisco, CA)

To his new role as Vice President of Client Development, Tony Paredes brings a strong record of success in sales management and consultative sales of solutions for the corporate, investment banking, investment management, consulting, legal, and private equity/venture capital market sectors. For almost a decade, Mr. Paredes served in positions of increasing responsibility-- from director, to senior director, to Vice President of Client Development at S&P Capital IQ (a leading global financial data and services provider with 7,000 employees in 20 countries) whom he joined as second West Coast employee in 2003. While there, Paredes initiated and grew sales of products (including SaaS, CRM, API & data solutions) and consulting services for clients including Google, Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, White & Case, Latham & Watkins, Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, and others. Previously, Paredes worked as a Director at Thomson Financial. Tony holds a BA from the University of California at Irvine and later received a JD degree from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University.

Joey Dean, Vice President – Product (Nashville, TN)

Joey Dean brings over 15 years of significant and relevant product experience to the Shareholder InSite team. Mr. Dean was previously responsible for leading product direction, strategy and quality as Director, Product Management Office & Quality Assurance for Informa Investment Solutions, a leading provider of solutions and custom services to financial institutions and investment professionals. Prior to that, Dean held a variety of positions in project and product management, quality assurance, technical business analysis, production, operations, and other roles at Investment Scorecard, Inc., until its acquisition in 2007 by Informa. Joey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University (TN).

Glenn Goldstein – Director of Sales (Boston, MA)

A proven executive in the data-centric business services sector, Glenn Goldstein has been recognized for his success in growing sales revenue exponentially for both start-up and established companies. Mr. Goldstein brings over 20 years of sales and management expertise to his role as Director of Sales for Shareholder InSite. In his previous position as Executive Vice President at Brighton House Associates (a leading research & technology firm serving private equity, venture capital and hedge funds), Goldstein was responsible for developing and executing sales strategies globally, which resulted in a 700 percent increase in revenue. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University (RI).
