Independence Day Transaction Guidelines

TOPEKA, Kan., June 25 -- The Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, a district bank in the Federal Home Loan Bank System, issued the following news:

In observance of Independence Day, FHLBank Topeka will be closed and will not accept Delivery Commitments or Fundings on Friday, July 4, 2014. Additionally, advances will be limited to 90 days or less beginning at noon Thursday, July 3.

However, business will be conducted as usual for the MPF provider on Thursday, July 3.

The OF will also be closed on Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.

In summary:

Thursday, July 3, will be a normal business day for MPF. Advances will be limited to 90 days or less after noon.

Friday, July 4, will be a typical holiday closure for the MPF Provider:

* The MPF Service Center will be closed.

* Delivery Commitments and Fundings will not be accepted.

* End of Day processes will not be run.

* NACHA files will be not be created.

* The Data Mart, all other files, and reports will not be created.
