June 24--STEELTON -- The Steelton-Highspire School Board approved its final budget Monday without a tax increase. The budget has a projected revenue of $18.8 million and expenses of $18.5 million.

The 25.477 millage rate means owners of property assessed at $100,000 will continue to pay $2,547 in real estate taxes to the district. The board approved this rate last year when it pushed through a 0.64 millage increase.
