Robert Anderson Joins the Illinois Bankers Association as Financial Education Services Manager of Education and Training

SPRINGFIELD, Ill., June 24 -- The Illinois Bankers Association issued the following news release:

Robert Anderson has joined the Illinois Bankers Association (IBA) as manager of education and training in the IBA's Financial Education Services (FES) Department.

Anderson most recently served for three years as facility manager, loan officer and IT assistant for Williamsville State Bank & Trust in Springfield. Throughout his career, he also worked for several other banks, including the Independent Bankers Bank, Illini Bank, Marine Bank (Bank One/Chase) and TIB, where he was responsible for day-today customer support and training.

IBA President and CEO Linda Koch said, "Bob has worked on both sides, having served as both a banker and a trainer. Because of this, he brings to the table a unique, 360- view of the diverse training needs of bankers. We are excited to have him join our IBA Financial Education Services team."

Anderson will be based in the IBA's Springfield office, reporting to the IBA's FES vice president Brian Hoffman.
