OCLC Named Among Computerworld's Best Places to Work in Information Technology

It is the ninth consecutive year OCLC has been selected as one of the top workplaces for information technology (IT) professionals. This honor is part of the IT publication's annual Best Places to Work in IT survey, which is published in the June 23 issue of Computerworld and available online at

OCLC placed at number 22 on the 2014 list, in the Small Companies category (less than 2,500 employees).

The Best Places to Work in Information Technology (IT) list is an annual ranking of the top 100 work environments for technology professionals by IDG's Computerworld. The list is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development, training and retention. In addition, Computerworld conducts extensive surveys of IT workers, and their responses factor heavily in determining the rankings.
