Cyprus based photovoltaic solutions provider Concept Solutions & Innovation has made a $125 Mn investment in Pune based solar energy solutions firm @CaptureSolar Limited financing the company's 90 MW solar project in Pune.
The company plans to set up a 90 MW solar park in Pune of which 75 MW will be funded through the current investment and expects the entire project to be operational by next March.
Apart from financing, Concept will also provide technology as it is a mandate holder of DanSolar International ApS, for technology, project management, construction and financing.
Led by Raju Shivaji Bhosale as the Chairman and CEO, the company provides Solar Resource based solutions including Solar Thermal and Photovoltaic solutions to its customers using a DBFO model (Design, Built, Finance and Operate).
