China,France,Germany,Taiwan Province of China : HUAWEI with CHT unveils its newest flagship smartphone in TAIWAN

Huawei, jointly with Chunghwa Telecom (CHT), has introduced the Ascend P7, its newest flagship smartphone, in Taiwan.

Though the Chinese company had launched this device earlier this month, it was serving the German and French markets only.

With Huawei s latest move, its flagship smart handset will be available in the Taiwanese market from this weekend too.

People wanting to buy the Huawei Ascend P7 will have to make outright payment of 16,900 (About $565 or 415).

Sources claim that Huawei has set a global sales target of at least 10 million units of Ascend P7 by 2014. However, the device maker has been making preparations to launch some new smartphone models in the upcoming period as well.

The Ascend P7, which comes with an exciting 5-inch IPS Full HD (1080p) capacitive touch-screen display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating, is powered by a 1.8GHz quad-core HiSilicon Kirin 910T processor, along with a Mali-450MP4 graphics processing unit and 2GB of RAM.

The smartphone is equipped with 16GB of internal space and microSD card slot for expanding space to as much as 64GB.

The China-based vendor s latest flagship smartphone flaunts a 13-MP rear camera, offering multiple functions such as autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording. The device has another amazing 8-MP camera in the front, enabling great selfies for the users.
