TORONTO, ON --(Marketwired - June 23, 2014) - 1832 Asset Management L.P. ("1832"), the manager of DPF India Opportunities Fund (the "Fund"), announced today that pursuant to unitholder approval received on May 21, 2014, it has completed the conversion of the Fund from a closed-end investment fund to an open-end mutual fund in compliance with National Instrument 81-102- Mutual Funds. The name of the Fund has been changed to Dynamic Emerging Markets Fund. Transactions in the Fund may be processed commencing June 30, 2014.
