Lithuania : OMNITEL introduces LTE roaming services

Lithuanian mobile operator Omnitel has announced launch of an opportunity to access LTE services while roaming in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Estonia.

According to the operator it is the first Lithuanian mobile operator to offer LTE roaming.

Omnitel offers the internet expense control service to all its subscribers leaving the country by default.

Customers receive SMSs when exceeding 30 MB daily traffic over smartphones or 50 MB while using mobile internet services over PCs.

LTE network of Omnitel covers over 50 percent Lithuania's residents.
