Concession Opportunity for the Foreign Currency Exchange Services Lease at San Francisco International Airport

SAN FRANCISCO, June 20 -- San Francisco International Airport issued the following news release: San Francisco International Airport is accepting proposals for the Foreign Currency Exchange Services Lease. The Lease grants the exclusive right to provide foreign currency exchange services at the Airport for a term of five (5) years with three (3) one-year options, at the Airport's discretion. The proposed minimum acceptable financial offer is $4,200,000 which will be the successful Proposer's minimum annual guarantee for the first year of the Lease. The Airport intends to award the Lease to the highest-ranked, most responsive and responsible proposer. Each proposer must submit a proposal deposit in the amount of $100,000 as a guarantee that the proposer will execute said Lease. This proposal deposit shall be in the form of a cashier's check, surety bond or irrevocable letter of credit in its original form.
