Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: USMV

The iShares MSCI USA Minimum Volatility ETF (USMV) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 978,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 261,000. Shares of USMV were up about 0.1% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were Microsoft (MSFT), trading up about 0.3% with over 27.9 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Intel (INTC), up about 0.2% on volume of over 22.0 million shares. Eli Lilly (LLY) is the component faring the best Friday, higher by about 3.1% on the day, while Medtronic (MDT) is lagging other components of the iShares MSCI USA Minimum Volatility ETF, trading lower by about 1.5%.
