Even more joy and entertainment on the go - now for all customers
Following its successful entry into the mobile phone market in late April, all current upc cablecom customers can now get all services (TV, Internet, fixed network and mobile telephony) from a single source. The company will thus become a full-service telecommunications provider for at home and on the go. The Mobile offer is based on simplicity, transparency and fairness.
Switzerland's largest provider of TV and super-fast Internet is taking another step towards launching its new Mobile offer. All digital customers can now get their Mobile services and thus all products (TV, Internet, telephony) from a single source at upc cablecom. Previously, this was only available to customers who received an invitation by e-mail. The Mobile services offer customers a further possibility to use the company's services outside their own four walls. The company has already launched the Wi-Free pilot project, which allows Internet customers to surf the Internet with their mobile device while at friends' homes. And it has enabled all existing customers with a TV subscription to watch TV and Video on Demand while out and about with the Horizon TV and Horizon TV Remote smartphone apps.
Fair and transparent
In designing the new service, upc cablecom is continuing to focus on simplicity, fairness and transparency for its customers:
•Three still simple and clear price models with generous data allowances in all price plans - ideal for smartphone users•Fair and transparent billing by the second or kilobyte for calls and data use in Switzerland•Stay connected all the time and without limits thanks to free calls to upc cablecom landlines and the upc cablecom mobile phone network•Tariffs without smartphone and without contract commitment available from CHF 19 per month•One bill for all products (mobile telephony, TV, Internet, fixed network telephony) with one point of contact
The price plans are available at upc-cablecom.ch/mobile.
