Banc of California, Inc. Announces Quarterly Senior Debt Interest Payment

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC), the financial holding company for Banc of California, N.A., today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a quarterly cash Interest Payment for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 in the amount of $.46875 per Note on its outstanding Senior Notes (NYSE: BOCA). The Interest Payment will be payable on July 15, 2014 to noteholders of record as of July 1, 2014. This Interest Payment results in an annualized yield of 7.5%.

The Company’s Senior Debt is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the “BOCA” symbol.
