Fjordland Completes Loan Transaction

Release date- 30052014 - VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Fjordland Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: FEX) reports that further to the Company's news release dated May 22, 2014, the Company has borrowed a total of $100,000 and issued 400,000 common shares as a bonus to lenders.

The shares may not be traded until September 27, 2014.

The proceeds of the loan will be used for general working capital.
